Ecocleen

Ecocleen are a national cleaning contractor, but one who are much less corporate and genuinely more caring of their staff, with a strong internal culture. We wanted them to stand out in a sea of other contractors who have stale, corporate presences.

Ecocleen needed a website which converted and brought in business, whilst reflecting their brand, ethos and approach.

Their old site needed a complete refresh - it didn’t reflect the brand at all, didn’t work on mobile and converted poorly. Ecocleen are a fresh, modern company with modern approaches to running a business in their field; the site needed to fully reflect this with its approach and design. It needed to stand out within their competitive field, and keep visitors attention enough to read about their difference, and ultimately, to convert.

Ecocleen

Ecocleen had an established brand identity - it was fresh and different from the competitors in their field. We didn’t want to scrap this, but built on it with a suite of new illustrations to give a contemporary, but friendly feel. Websites need to tell a story - of who they are, what they do, who they do it for and why they’re different.

The Ecocleen story was mapped out into six quick steps, giving a short story for customers to swipe through to get the ‘elevator pitch’, ending on the contact page.

Deeper in the site are content-rich landing pages for the specific industries where Ecocleen work to allow for different, direct entry points into the conversion funnel. Calls to action are added at various points along the way.

As well as the custom illustrations, 
we also added animations to each 
of these pages to help in bringing the illustrations to life, and keeping a nice, friendly feel for the Ecocleen brand.

Year on year conversion rates have increased by 274%. We’ve recently (July 2019) begun an optimisation project to see if we can increase rates further.
