Platform combine an all-day bar and restaurant with gaming and e-sports, as part of an innovative social-gaming experience. We delivered a website redesign, better communicating their proposition. Platform can now update their ever-changing roster of products and, crucially, customers can delve in and book.
A recurring feature of the desktop site is a complex booking widget, allowing customers to quickly book the four most popular products. Comprehensive Blog and Event Calendar pages were set up, as well a customisable landing pages for specific events, giving Platform control and freedom in how they advertise their services and guide customers through their booking journeys.
From initial testing and analysis on how the mobile booking widget was being used, it became clear that the mobile site needed a completely bespoke booking journey – which we subsequently designed and developed.
We continue to work with Platform on a retained basis, testing and refining their site to increase bookings.
